Delivery And Returns
DELIVERY:
Peaks of London can ship worldwide. If you live outside mainland UK please select ‘International Signed-For’ or contact us on +447884 188231 or at store@peaksoflondon.com and we can discuss your requirements (particularly if you need it shipped to LA for that wedding ASAP!)
For Mainland UK deliveries:
Peaks of London are using the Royal Mail for deliveries. The regular first class post usually takes 2-5 working days and we will provide you with a tracking reference so that you can keep track of your garment’s process whilst it is in transit.
If you select ‘Next Day before 1pm’ (UK ONLY) delivery, Peaks of London will use the Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service. If you place your order before noon, your garment(s) will arrive before 1pm the following day (weekdays). After noon, this will progress as though the order were placed the following working day.
It is necessary to gain a signature from somebody at your address in order to safeguard the order. If you are not in, Royal Mail will leave a card detailing how you can rearrange an alternative delivery time to suit.
Weekend orders will be processed on Mondays so deliveries will be Tuesday before 1pm (or for Bank Holidays, they will arrive Wednesday).
If you require a Saturday delivery there is an additional cost of £3. Please call us on the contact number if this is the case.
Please note there may be occasions beyond our control where deliveries can be delayed. We will endeavour to notify all customers if we are made aware of any such obstacle.
RETURNS:
We hope the garment meets your requirements but should you need to return it for whatever reason, please e mail us on returns@peaksoflondon.com, stating the reason for return (or exchange if preferred), and the details of the customer name, address and item.
Returns / exchanges must be informed to us in writing within seven days of receipt of garment(s), and must be sent back within 14 days of receiving them, and we will refund you within 30 days of receipt of goods.
We regret that we cannot accept goods for refund/exchange if the ‘DO NOT REMOVE’ tag has been removed or if it is not in the condition in which you received it.
Please then return your item by sending it in its/their original bag, along with a completed returns form which you will have received with your order, to:

As the condition of and return of your garment are your own risk until we receive it, we recommend using a safe transportation method via the Post Office such as registered post, and obtaining a receipt as proof of sending.
There will be no charge for sending out exchanged goods to you.
We regret that bespoke items made to order cannot be returned / refunded.
